"It was our first time leaving our dog in boarding for an extended stay. Since he is diabetic and has numerous eye, ear and skin treatments needed daily, we were concerned about who we could trust with his special needs. Thankfully, Joanne his groomer, assured us that along with her competent staff, he would be in great hands. We were able to check in by email during our time away, however once I heard how well and happy he was with his new family and friends, I could relax and enjoy the respite from all his daily care requirements. This allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our vacation with no worries about Bailey.

He was nicely groomed for our pick up and although happy to see us, upon his return home he was looking sad. We think he has been missing his new Pet Chateau family and friends.
